I have spent more than fifteen years leading some of London's most demanding dining rooms and hospitality operations — from London Mayfair private members' clubs to multi-site restaurant groups.
My career includes Head of F&B and Events at Wynn Mayfair, General Manager at Mimi Mei Fair, Multi-Site General Manager across Balfour Hospitality's bars, events and boutique hotel operations, and General Manager at Gaucho. I have led teams of 25 to 100, shaped multi-million-pound operations, and built the service culture and systems that keep exceptional venues running night after night.
Today I work directly with owners who want to open with confidence — bringing the same operational discipline, standards and people-first approach I developed in London's most competitive market.
